Man-Made Fibres-Dawn of Synthetic in India
The real story of Synthetic fibres in India begins with JK's. A small plant with an initial capacity of 800 kilos per day of nylon textiles yarn was started in Kota (Rajasthan) in 1962. India was put on the world map of nylon producing countries. That was beginning and since then, for JKs there had been no looking back. JK's were the largest producers of Synthetic Fibers in India.

Persistent Research & Development efforts helped in not only continuously perfecting the existing technologies but also in evolving new ones. And we took yet another pioneering leap forward by high tenacity yarn for industrial application such as nylon tyre cord.
